About Phil

Phil is the Chief Strategy Officer of Olympia Trust Company. He was previously a corporate and securities lawyer for over 15 years, offering legal advice to a broad range of private issuers, exempt market dealers, portfolio managers and fund managers.  In addition to his role with Olympia Trust Company, he is a longstanding member of the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) Exempt Market Dealer Advisory Committee and a director and former executive member of the Private Capital Markets Association of Canada(PCMA).
